The conference delivered three days of learning, sharing, and connecting. The program featured a vibrant mix of plenaries, posters, TED-style talks, roundtables, and social events designed to foster collaboration and spark new ideas.
November 19: Opening Reception - Optional Evening Event
The conference opened on Wednesday evening with a warm welcome, light refreshments, and the first opportunity for colleagues from across the country to connect. This relaxed reception set the tone for a gathering grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and community.

Start the day with a nourishing breakfast and a chance to connect with colleagues before sessions begin. It’s the perfect time to fuel up, share ideas over coffee, and set the tone for a day of learning and collaboration.
Opening Session (BONCON/ CITADEL)
We begin the conference with a warm welcome and an overview of what to expect in the days ahead. This session brings everyone together for the first time and sets the direction for our shared focus on outcomes. It is an opportunity to meet the community, highlight key themes, and start the event with energy and purpose.
