• Peer Review: All abstracts are now under review by volunteer reviewers.
• Notification: Acceptance decisions will be communicated by early September.
• Conference Dates: Mark your calendar for November 19–21, 2025 in Ottawa.

Submission Types (for reference)

• Oral Presentations – 15-minute sessions with Q&A
• Posters – Display and discuss your work during interactive breaks
• TED-style Talks – Short (max 10 min), idea-focused presentations designed to inform and inspire
• Roundtables – Facilitated small-group discussions on key issues, methods, or innovations
